Steps to reproduce:

Start Firefox (with fresh profile), open a second Firefox window.

Actual results:

Both windows have the same look (decorations), there is no difference between the look of the active (focused) window and the inactive one.

Expected results:

Focused windows should look different, like it did in version 88.
