User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Steps to reproduce:
Open any HTTP or HTTPS page (no about: page)
Try using the webpage with NVDA or Windows Narrator
Actual results:
The screen reader is either silent (Narrator), or reports unknown (NVDA)
Expected results:
Everything should work as in 88 or the latest 91 nightly

We're tracking this issue in bug 1714212. While we don't have a fix yet, see bug 1714212 comment 14 for a workaround in the meantime.
