171515 - "File" -> "Save Page As..." menu is not appropriate for text-documents, images, PDF-files etc

File menu says Save page as when it is not a page, should be "Save image as"
Context menu has "save page" and "save image" when they both will do the same.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to that link above

Actual Results:  
right click and see the double item
go to the filemenu and see "save page as"

Expected Results:  
should only have "save image as" on both

Shouldn't we just rename the item from "Save Page As..." to "Save As..." as Keynote, Pages, MS Word, Safari, Internet Explorer and all other software does? 

You have to consider that mozilla can open not only images and web-pages, but PDF and text files, QuickTime movies, and possibly other documents. Having a separate menu item for each is not worth the effort, and is inconsistent with the way other software deals with this issue.

Changing popup menus by content is fine but main menus should stay. Next steps would be "Page Info" and "Page Source". 

The solution to strip the "Page" part from the label would affect the "Send Page" and "Send Link" items in the same menu.
