Egre, could you post the build ID of your Mozilla and a list of steps to
reproduce the problem?

no bookmarks can be added at all. I attempted to file a bookmark repeatedly, but
it would not save.

I surfed in tabs 
I chosed "bookmark this group of tabs"
 typed a name "020928"
-- then i chosed the folder "last" 
next time could not found this entery

tryed more than one time 

when i searched in the bookmarks.html i found the adresses but not in the
bookmark-menu
