Steps to reproduce:

I started downloading a file and tried to close Firefox.

Actual results:

It displayed the dialog box in the older style, screenshot is attached to this bug

Expected results:

It should have displayed in the Proton UI, similar to how the dialog box for multiple tabs displays.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Theme' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

I'm not sure why that dialog or the download dialog have not been updated to Proton UI, maybe they will be included in the next milestone.
