Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20020823 Netscape/7.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20020823 Netscape/7.0 I was using Netscape 7/Mac (reporting version). Earlier tonight, I noticed that no windows were visible, even though the Window menu listed an open Navigator window. I quit and restarted, but windows weren't showing up on my dual-monitor (1280x1024 + 1024x768) Mac. I tried to drag the white line that was the window, and make new windows, but they weren't draggable. I ran Mozilla 1.1b, but it had the same problem. First problem: Windows should never be set without an accessible drag region. Second problem: When restarting, Mozilla should check for insane window defaults/prefs, and discard bogus values. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual Results: Window was a 1 pixel wide white line, about 20 pixels high. Restarting Netscape/Mozilla didn't restore new windows to sane values. Expected Results: Windows should always be draggable and resizable (perhaps after dragging the resize region on-screen). I can send the ApplicationRegistry file to anyone who wants it, but don't want to post into Bugzilla.
