Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://watch.tatasky.com.

Check there is only a blank page.

Actual results:

There is only blank page shown.

Expected results:

The animation of tata sky should come followed by there website (refer chrome and safari)

I am able to reproduce the issue in release 89, beta 90.0b7 and latest nightly 91.0a1 (2021-06-14) using Windows 10. I am not sure if this is a Fx specific issue since on my end the website from the description doesn't work on Chrome or Edge as well.

Hi,

You will have to wait for a couple of seconds for the content to show up. And another possibility is that this website may not be available in your region can you try switching your region to India with VPN.

@Vishu you are right, connected to India via VPN the website is loaded and working accordingly, but with VPN it works on Firefox 89 as well using Windows 10 and macOS 10.15.
Can you please retest this using a new clean Firefox profile (https://goo.gl/AWo6h8), maybe even safe mode (https://goo.gl/AR5o9d), to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause?

In this case the issue might be caused by an addon/extension installed. You can try to disable your addons one by one and try to reproduce the issue in order to detect which addon/extension is the source of the problem.

We appreciate your report. This is an Enhanced Tracking Protection, and will be moved to the correct Component and Product of this project. With Enhanced Tracking Protection set to STANDARD, the page loads.

Tested with:

Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 92.0a1 (2021-07-20) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64

This will require further investigation. I see these scripts being blocked, so perhaps shims could help here:

TataSky has since been moved to TataPlay.com. Unfortunately I cannot access it with a VPN right now, so I cannot confirm if the new version is still broken in strict ETP mode. Vishu, could you confirm if it is?

It appears that watch.tataplay.com relies on this blocked script: https://cdn.branch.io/branch-latest.min.js

It also appears that shimming that script's window.branch objects allows the page to load properly, though I have no login with which to confirm if that's enough to allow videos to play.
