Steps to reproduce:

Enable DNS over HTTPS
Try to load https://www.open.online/2021/05/18/covid-19-vaccino-pfizer-non-fa-diventare-magnetici/ in both firefox and chrome

Actual results:

In this particular case, CSS will fail to load constantly, whereas in Chrome it will load correctly.

After disabling DNS over HTTPS with Cloudflare as an option, it loaded fast and correctly.

Expected results:

Loaded the website fast and correctly

I have the same problem with https://www.billetweb.fr/unknown-movies-xix (Une erreur est survenue pendant une connexion à www.billetweb.fr. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR) when DNS via HTTPS is activated(cloudflare). I'm from France.
I can try to produce log but the link to do it seem to be broken https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Debugging/HTTP_logging
