Now that we have https-first
enabled in PBM in Nightly (see Bug 1709838) I think we can consider letting it ride the trains soon. Maybe even for 91?

Christoph, I'd like to have that note added to our 91 beta release notes, the wording doesn't have to be final as our consumer notes for GA are largely reworked by marketing, could you provide a text for beta please? Thanks

Verified that HTTS-First Mode is now enabled by default in Private Browsing.
Verified as fixed on macOS Big Sur 11.4, Windows 10, and Ubuntu 20.04 using the latest Firefox 91 beta 2 and the latest Nightly 90.0a1.
