I thought we fixed this problem but apparently not? I get a black/blank screen from Twitter's PWA intermittently on Fenix nightly

Just reproduced on the latest nightly 20210614095307, so this is not fixed yet.

Jonathan says this is an AC/Fenix bug. We used to have this bug with regular sessions too. We probably need to implement the same fix for PWA and Custom Tabs too (both are treated the same).
