Right now, this 2min job is sharing a worker pool with perf tests, causing unnecessary delays (>2hr today) in shipping builds because it blocks balrog submissions. Given that this is just a basic sanity check, running on 10.15 should be equally valid for the intended purpose and get it into a more widely-available worker pool.
