Can't login to my account on capitalone.com because the site does not recognize mozilla 1.2a as begin equivalent to netscape 6.
Their own message says that they do not support Netscape 6 (for whatever reason), so it's not going to matter if they recognize that Mozilla and Netscape 6 are equivalent or not. See https://service.capitalone.com/ias_static/non_compliant.html You should ask them why they refuse to support Netscape 6 before worrying about how/if they recognize Mozilla.
