User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0
Steps to reproduce:
Default stngs. Open some tabs. Ctrl+Shift+Del (all marks checked), OK. Close browser. Open browser. Menu>Restore previous session. Tabs are back.
Actual results:
The tabs that opened at the moment of clearing the history can be restored. History not cleared. Old one. Seen in 40-50+.
Expected results:
Guess data should be all gone.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Session Restore' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hi,
So If I get it correctly, you've opened some tabs, cleared history but you didn't close the tabs themselves, you've just quit the browser directly.
The restore previous session refers to the tabs that were open at the moment the browser is exited so I think this is expected. (If you clear history with no tabs currently open, restoring previous session just opens the about:newtab)
I'll set it as NEW to get an opinion on this though.
