Bug 1696815 fixed the Session Restore issue that was blocking this test from being unskipped, but it's now broken in Fission because it depends on seeing location change events that are sometimes dropped due to a process switch.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Session Restore' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Tom, here is a new WebExtensions test failure related to Fission.
I'm tentatively tracking this bug for Fission M8. In bug 1696815 comment 23, Kashav wrote: "Not a bug in extensions, test is just not compatible with Fission." But we should probably fix the test before we ship Fission in case the test finds a new problem.

Since this is testing undesired but previously consistent behavior, I'll just relax the (sometimes) expected results with Fission SHIP.
