Details

When a root cert is transferred to a new CA owner, the sharing rules on all of the intermediate certificates that chain up to it have to be updated to enable write-access for the new CA Owner.

When an intermediate certificate is transferred to any other parent, the sharing rules need to be updated for that intermediate certificate and all of the certificates chaining up to it.
