I've noticed this on my OnePlus 8 Pro android phone, when zooming on bugzilla. IIRC bugzilla by default has a zoom < 1.0 which may well be relevant as I don't think I see this on every other website.

It seems to occur when most of the way zoomed out.

Mozregression gives this range, so it's likely a regression from bug 1714275

Yeah, that patch fixed it, I tested at the time (and no longer see it on nightly)
