We talk about these principles in the Metric Type request template. Might be nice to write them down for future reference.

(Good candidate page to debut the "Overview" section of the Glean book).

I think bug 1619259 aimed to do this in the overview once before. Not sure what happened, but the text doesn't seem to be in the book any more.
