1718466 - Improve the Event's HTML format toolbar

Bug 1607834 introduced the HTML editing of the Event description.

The actual status has some issues

• on Windows the toolbox has a different background colour
• the paragraph buttons uses the icon for font size
• on Windows there is no dropmarker on the menu buttons
• the spacing of some menupopups is too big
• with dark theme the hovering of the buttons make the icons invisible on Linux and on Windows the hover state hard to see
• with dark theme the description text is with black on dark background almost not readable

Added a new icon and used the styles we use already in composer for the format buttons. Also fixed the menupopup paddings.

With injecting the EditorContent.css the editor uses now light text with dark themes.
