Note
- When the user loads a specific PDF that has a digital signature field, he will notice he can't access it.

Steps to reproduce
- Launch browser.
- Flip the pdfjs.enableXfa to true.
- Load the attached PDF file.
Expected result
- The Digital Signature field is usable.
Actual result
- The Digital Signature field is not usable.

Assuming this is a generic (not dynamic) XFA element since it's blocking bug 1706133. Please change it if it's incorrect.
