I recently accepted the update from 86.0.1 to 89.0.2 and I've been regretting it since.
I use a Yubikey HSM on my MacBook Pro (ARM, 13in, running 11.4) to do administration of our sensitive infrastructure (AWS instances, PKI server front-end, ssh into servers, etc.).
I had several tabs open that required the Yubikey authentication cert, so when Firefox restarted, it reopened those sessions... but the pop-up asking for the PIN to the HSM security device was UNDER that window, and nothing I could figure out would raise it to the top.
Attaching a screenshot.
I back-revved to 88.0.1, but it won't allow me to use my profile now, so all of my settings, imported certs, bookmarks, etc. are inaccessible. This is a real pain.

Philip, is this still an issue for you?
I've not worked in that job in a couple of years now... no idea if the issue still exists or not.
