Steps to reproduce:
Build on NetBSD/amd64 or aarch64.
The NetBSD support has not been kept up-to-date, some changes would be good.
Expected results:
The attached patches include the following changes:
- add aarch64 support
- improve amd64 support
- define that NetBSD off_t is always 64bit
