Steps to reproduce:

Install firefox on windows, regular release channel. Wait for Mozilla to issue an update. Set Firefox Updates to "Check for updates but let you choose to install them."

Actual results:

Update available prompt appears with buttons to Download or Dismiss, but there's no easy way to get to the release notes for the update.

Expected results:

The Update available prompt should have a clickable link to the release notes for the version it's asking to install, to help the user decide how urgent and important this update is. This appears to have been omitted in the new simpler-looking prompt.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Application Update' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

It sounds to me like this is an issue with the newer doorhanger design. I'm adding the [proton-door-hangers] tag to get the attention of the designers.
