Details

Salesforce standard fields get automatically translated by Salesforce, but the translations of custom fields along with picklist values, report names, list view names, section headers on pages, error messages, etc. would need to be provided.

All of this can be managed by the Translation Workbench tool of Salesforce.

Would need to establish a translation budget for this.
