This is the bug for Nightly as mentioned in bug 1719517.

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1719517 +++

Now that Remote Settings support has landed, we can let clients graduate from the Normandy recipes. Since the pref values are not landed in tree (they are just irrelevant now) we need to add the slugs to the graduation set to let Normandy know this is normal.

We should do this on Nightly first, I will do that in a separate bug blocking this one and we can then land the beta and release slugs after confirming everything goes smoothly.
