User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/91.0.4472.114 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
- Open 2 websites in different tabs. Say code.org and youtube.com
- Scroll code.org (as if you want to go to the footer, I am scrolling a bit with both my fingers on a laptop trackpad and letting it scroll to the bottom of the page) and immediately switch the tab to youtube.com.
Actual results:
Both the website in both the tabs zooms out.
Expected results:
Zoom out should not happen.

Sounds like the momentum scroll events are getting combined with the ctrl from the ctrl tab, which causes the zoom.
