I actually see the jump on Chrome as well. And I am totally unsure this is scroll anchoring specific.

I can reproduce the jump on mobile on Fenix Nightly
93.0a1 (Build #2015831017)
AC: 93.0.20210828190210, 08c88959c7
GV: 93.0a1-20210828092249
AS: 82.1.0

and Desktop Nightly 93.0a1 20210829215733. Using layout.css.scroll-anchoring.highlight
, I can see the text parts that jump light up very clearly on my mobile device and more subtle on my desktop. Therefore, scroll anchoring is at least active in this scenario.
I cannot reproduce on my mobile device on Chrome 92.0.4515.159 or on my desktop device on Edge 92.0.902.84.
