Note
- When the user loads a specific PDF, scrolls to page 3, and inputs text into the right static field, he will notice that the field does not allow input at all.

Steps to reproduce
- Launch browser.
- Flip the pdfjs.enableXfa to true.
- Load the attached PDF file.
- Scroll to page 3.
- Input text into the right-side text field.
Expected result
- The field allows input.
Actual result
- The field does not allow input.
