Steps to reproduce:
How do I start the library/bookmarks window using the command line?
I saw the following command on the forums, but this is not what I want:
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -new-window about:downloads
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" chrome://browser/content/places/places.xul
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" chrome://browser/content/bookmarks/bookmarksPanel.xul

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hey Muhammad,
Can you check if any of the solutions provided here are of use? : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/963951

Hi, we're sorry this is not an option we have, nor are we willing to support at the current time. We might revisit the decision once the library window is moved to in-content in bug 697359.
However, wontfix for the time being.
