When I do not use hardware acceleration there are colored boxes (monocolored but the color changes sometimes) briefly flashing in and out of existence inside the firefox windows. This mostly happens when I have demanding websites like twitch open but it does also happen when casually browsing reddit.

The flickering mostly occurs when I am moving my mouse, seemingly independently of whether my mouse is actually over any firefox window. The flickering also mostly occurs in the demanding (i e twitch) tabs independent of where my mousemovement is.

Force disabling WR resolves the issue.

This seems similar to bug 1721098 and bug 1721095 - multiple displays, Nvidia GPUs, Windows.
