I've got a sample video that is only 5 seconds long, but attempting to seek to the 4 second mark results in a total lockup of the video. I've attached an example file. Pressing the button will attempt to seek and play and you can see that it sits there for what seems to be forever or at least much much more than you'd reasonably expect.

I saw https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1232652 but this video is only a few seconds long so I can't imagine us having any more keyframes than we do now (2 I think).

I also see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1231904 which might be a similar issue?
