User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:90.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/90.0

Steps to reproduce:

I was having many tabs open and I wanted to know which tab was playing audio.

Actual results:

I was not able to find tab easily, I had to look them one by one.

Expected results:

Tabs that play should display speaker icon.

As you can see from attached defect.png the speaker icon itself is not visible. Only the gray text PLAYING which is hard to see because of low contrast. Who ever made that decision should step back from designer position immediately.

Previous theme where black speaker icon was displayed on top of tab icon was much easier to understand. Now it takes time to go through.

I cant upload here more than one image but here is the icon that should be appearing on tab. https://imgur.com/ARgNGQk

That speaker icon. It only appears when I move mouse over tab but that is completely useless. The entire purpose of this icon is to help me to find tabs which are playing audio faster. But now it is only good for confirming that tab is playing. If I have 300 tabs open I have to move my mouse over them one by one. That is utterly useless UI and needs to be fixed. There should be high contrast icon that easily lets me locate playing tab.

Component: Untriaged → Tabbed Browser

I was able to reproduce this issue on latest Nightly version 92.0a1 (2021-07-21) (64-bit), Beta 91.0b5 (64-bit), and Firefox Release 90.0.1 (64-bit) on Windows 10. I'll change flags accordingly. Severity suggested S3.
