We need to update minidump-stackwalk to 2021.07.21 to pick up a threadnames fix for #44:

We can test with bp-16b5888c-7156-4f83-bc20-d67fe0210719 which had some thread names before, but after the minidump-stackwalk update, picks up more thread names.
