My guess is a bad browser sniff on the page, not a problem with Mozilla. Have you tried emailing the webmaster?
The webmaster agrees that the problem is present. They say it cannot be helped. They say there page will only work with IE. It would be interesting to know what makes their login-page so special that Mozilla cannot handle it.
Ok then, well, not a bug with Mozilla, just a bad, bad webmaster. ->INVALID (because it's not Mozilla's fault)
