This has been observed since 2002-09-19, 2002-09-26.

This occurs whether or not QuickLaunch is activated.

BOOT.  Launch Mozilla ( I usually launch into MailNews ).
EXPECT: Open link to server, send Login Information, service Inbox.
OBSERVE: Growler Growls, nothing else happens, no Internet activity.

QUIT MOZILLA.  It is NOT neccessary to Exit from QL - this works even with QL on.
Launch Mozilla again.
OBSERVE: Open link to server, send Login Information, service Inbox.
Everything now runs OK.
