Firefox 92.0a1 20210723213232 on Windows 8.1

Observed this twice today: Switching tabs becomes very delayed or stops working at all, the content sometime flashes or goes blank. Pressing the Alt key doesn't show the menu (but works in different windows). The update notification dialog was missing its text.

Edit: The first occurrence had been observed when the computer resumed from hibernation.

Attachment: update notification without most strings

Hit this again after hibernation, and for again the application update notification popped up with most of the strings missing. No error messages related to the tab issues in the console.
