Proxy: Support for Microsoft Proxy Server?

Details
The proxy support does not work for Microsoft Authenticated Proxy server.
(Just so that this is clear, the Microsoft Proxy server uses the Microsoft
authentication method:
Proxy-Authenticate: Negotiate
Proxy-Authenticate: NTLM)
Not sure what it takes, but on the Windows platform, that should be possible! :-
) [and that would help Phoenix enter the enterprise field]

->Mozilla networking. This is surely a duplicate. Please query first before
reporting bugs. Thanks.

Asa: based on my experience w/ Chimera, it is easier to leave some of these
mostfreq bugs in your component, marked as depends on the trunk bug.
Why? Because people do Phoenix-only component searches. And because your qa
tester is going to have to make sure this is verified in Phoenix if the trunk
bug is ever fixed.

Phoenix developers are not going to fix this. If Mozilla implements support then
Phoenix will have support.
Wontfix means we wouldn't take a fix if it was handed to us so that's not
appropriate. "Invalid/Depends on" seems to make some sense.

Wait, the easy thing is Dupe. Depends on doesn't really fit since the "fix" for
this bug _is_ the fix for that other bug and does not _depend_on_ the fix for
that other bug.
