Should be able to grab handles on an image in Composer and resize it by
dragging, with live reflow of the content around the image during the drag.

The last time I looked at this problem, what I determined to be the key
requirement was having the x and y location of the mouse cursor relative to the
origing on the image element. Existing mouse location seemed to be relative to
the view pane or document and I couldn't figure out how to convert the
coordinate systems. To do visual markings such as the typical "handles" at all
corners and sides of an object, layout work would have to be done. If this
markup happens any time the image is selected, then at least we know exaclty
where to put that extra markup code.
