The devtools documentation to find a reviewer is outdated and points to a page which no longer exists:

https://firefox-dev.tools/#people-and-modules

We could link to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Modules/Other#DevTools

On top of that I think we could create a reviewer group for devtools. Not linked to any automated rule, but if people are looking for reviewers something would come up for devtools. Would be easier than going to a wiki and picking a name.
