Details

CAs who are not yet in any of the root programs in the CCADB should create/update Root Inclusion Cases rather than create Audit Cases. So please prevent CAs who are not yet in any root stores from creating Audit Cases.

This request is not longer valid, because we are completely changing the workflow for CA data and root inclusion requests.
