With Webrender enabled:
- Have at least 2 windows of Firefox open
- Go to https://www.testufo.com/ in one window and note full FPS.
- Play Youtube video in the other window.
- First window with UFO test will show half FPS.
There is a noticeable difference when scrolling through static websites as well.
Actual results:
Half FPS shown in other window not playing Youtube video.
Expected results:
No slowdown of rendering in the other Firefox window.
