Steps to reproduce:

Updated Firefox to 90.0.2 (64-bit)

Actual results:

Now the prompt for entering primary / Master Password keeps popping up at random, which is very annoying.

Expected results:

Primary / Master Password prompt should appear only like it used to earlier, which is either at start/re-start of Firefox or at the time of accessing stored passwords list.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Password Manager' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
