User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/14.1.2 Safari/605.1.15

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Compose a new email
  2. Add an email address to the "to" line that has no associated PGP key yet
  3. Select "security" and "administer security information"
  4. click "administer key for selected recipient", "sear for new key", import new key.

Actual results:

The email compose window is now unresponsive. I can no longer click anything on it and I cannot close the window except by shutting down Thunderbird altogether.

Expected results:

The buttons on the compose window should remain responsive
