Steps to reproduce:

open youtube, hover over video, wait for pip icon. click it

Actual results:

video pops down as expected, but as soon as i switch windows, i can't see the video

Expected results:

when i switch windows, i should still be able to see the video

looks like it's a wayland issue.

the workaround seems to be to right click (twice since just once shows a specific youtube context menu) and click picute in picture there.
