Bug 1709697 adds mach repackage msix, following the established pattern. However, this repackage task ends up fishing a number of build-specific settings that would be better extracted from an actual build task. We might build the initial MSIX as part of the build, or we might archive just a skeleton, or some other variation. This is the content of this review comment.
