Regression: Toolbar/Hamburger Menu is broken when you open another Menu before

1.) Open a new Nightly Window
2.) Click on the Pocket icon to show its menu
3.) Now click on the Toolbar/Hamburger icon to show its menu
4.) Hover over it
Actual: Hover items in the Toolbar/Hamburger Menu not appear.
Expected: Hover Items in the Toolbar/Hamburger Menu should appear
This is a recent regression.
This also happen, when you show the Hamburger menu the second time:
1.) Show Menu
2.) Hide Menu
3.) Show Menu
Result: Hover doesn't work any more.
This also happens to the Bookmarks Bar Folder Menu :(
Please can you take a look at this regression? This is a very annoying bug :(

Are you still seeing this? Btw, when you already know it's a recent regression, it helps to identify the regression range so that the engineer who broke this can immediately look into it. Thanks!
This is fixed for me in Firefox 101.0.1 (64-Bit) and Nightly 103.0a1 (2022-06-10) (64-Bit).
