User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:90.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/90.0

Steps to reproduce:

On some messages that Seamonkey sets the junk flag on, if I click it off it resets to on after either waiting a bit or switching to another folder and back. This also happens if I use the right click>Mark>As not junk option. I'm using Windows 10 64 bit, and the Win64 version of Seamonkey 2.53.8.1, and this is happening even though I have turned off adaptive junk controls on the account! It is an IMAP account.

Actual results:

Mail junk flag turns back on after being set off.

Expected results:

Seamonkey should respect my judgment that the message is nor junk, and leave that flag off once I turn it off.

I see the effect in the movie, for example for "S M Schmidt" in "Parish" folder. But I can't remember to have seen that with my installation of unofficial (by wg9s) De SeaMonkey 2.53.9 beta 1 Mozilla/5.0 (NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Build 20210707210003 (Newly created User Profile, Default Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit or any of it's predecessors. But in accordance to my settings SM moves junk mails to Junk Folder immediately.

a) Currently only observed with WIN 10
