I set the dependencies here to match the order that the patches apply in:

this bug first: 1724964 -> 1724976 -> 1726736

Hello! I have managed to reproduce the issue with firefox 93.0a1(2021-08-10) on Windows 10. I can confirm that the issue is fixed on firefox 94.0b9 and 95.0a1(2021-10-24) on Windows 10, MacOS 10.15 and Ubuntu 20. Updating the flags and the resolution of this issue.
