1725154 - Pull in the breakpad patches we applied to Socorro's stackwalker but which aren't in mozilla-central

While working on bug 1724368 I realized that the version of breakpad's minidump processor in mozilla-central is out-of-sync with the one in Socorro because I've applied two patches there that I hope I wouldn't need in m-c because "I won't touch breakpad again until we finish the rewrite". Since I'm touching breakpad again I have to pull them and rebase my changes on top of them, otherwise it's a mess. sighs heavily
