User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Steps to reproduce:
I removed a few sites from the history view with "Forget about this site".
Actual results:
The history was removed (correctly), but also my stored logins to these sites were also removed from Lockwise (that was unexpected).
Expected results:
Do not remove site logins from Lockwise when clicking "Forget about this site" in the history view. (Or at least make that configurable)

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::about:logins' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

As far as I can tell, the "Forget about this site" feature has always removed logins associated with a particular site - at least back to 2018 when the current system was overhauled. Do you know more :johannh? I agree with the reporter and a couple of similar observations on SUMO that this might be unexpected. Clearing history entries and cache etc. is pretty harmless, but deleting passwords without warning or any indication in the UI that this will happen - seems like it could cause problems. In about:logins, we prompt to confirm before removing any saved logins.
