Discovered while fixing bug 1722890, it seems that setting the scaling factor in the print preview chrome tests does not affect the actual test output.

Severity: -- → S3

Scaling in print preview tests did work all along, it was just that the
shrinkToFit property needs to be set to false to enable scaling.
